Dennis A. Grossman

Dennis A. Grossman has been an attorney since 1997 and is licensed to practice law in both the State of California and the State of New York.

Prior to joining his father's law practice, Dennis Grossman was a Wall Street corporate tax attorney with Swidler Berlin Shereff  Friedman LLP (now part of Dechert) in New York City.  After leaving Swidler Berlin, Dennis Grossman was a senior manager and corporate tax consultant with both Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP and Ernst and Young LLP, specializing in the areas of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and structured financing transactions.

Dennis Grossman received his BA in Economics (magna cum laude) from New York University, JD (cum laude) from Tulane Law School, and his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.  He has been admitted to practice law before the US Tax Court, the US District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, and the US Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Dennis Grossman is a member of the American Bar Association, the Fresno Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, the California Public Defenders Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
